CANCELLATION CONDITIONS and fees calculated from the total accommodation price when canceling a binding reservation:
Cancellation of accommodation more than 30 days before arrival: payment of 0% of the accommodation price
Cancellation of accommodation less than 30 days before arrival: payment of 25% of the accommodation price
Cancellation of accommodation 7 days before arrival: payment of 50% of the accommodation price
Cancellation of accommodation 2 days or less before arrival: payment of 100% of the accommodation price
Unless otherwise agreed by phone, we only accept written orders, either by filling out the reservation form or by email.
Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation provider reserves the right, after receiving a binding order for a stay, to require a deposit for accommodation in the amount of 30 - 50% of the price of the stay, payable within 5 days of ordering by transfer to the account that will be sent by email with confirmation of the stay.The remaining balance of the stay is paid before arrival at the accommodation.
