Apartment Leona is located on the outskirts of Durres, the second largest city in Albania, but also a vibrant seaside resort that is extremely popular with locals and foreigners. Apartment Leona is located only a 5-minute walk from the beautiful long sandy beach of Golem, which is characterized by its large beaches with many hotels, restaurants and other businesses.

This is a new 2+KK apartment with a balcony, 57m2. The apartment is equipped with: a kitchen with a stove, a fridge with a freezer. The kitchen is connected to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed, a kitchen table, 4 chairs, TV, Wifi, air conditioning. The second room has a bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. The bedroom has wardrobes. The apartment also has a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. There is a bus stop 100m from the Leona apartment

When staying in our apartment, clients are required to follow the "Accommodation Rules" - you will find them on the table in the apartment upon arrival in the folder with "Instructions for Stay".

We would like to inform our clients that loud, boisterous celebrations and birthday parties, as well as stag and hen parties or other similar activities lasting until late at night or early in the morning, are not permitted in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.
